At Parkers Foodservice, we are committed to delivering the highest quality ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery to ensure food safety and quality control standards.

Return Process

    Thoroughly check all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, quality issues, or incorrect items, please notify the delivery driver immediately or note it on the delivery note.

    Report any discrepancies to our customer service team within 24 hours by calling our office or emailing support with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

    Storage Compliance

    Ensure that the items intended for return are stored at the correct temperature (chilled, frozen, or ambient) as per the product packaging to remain eligible for a refund.

    Processing Your Refund

    Once your claim is verified, we will process a credit to your account or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
